DEI CONSULTATION AND TRAINING
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Working with individuals with disabilities, being an ordained Episcopal priest who identifies as LGBTQIA+ has fueled my passion for DEI training and consultation. I recently left full-time church ministry to work more effectively outside the walls and help organizations actually become diverse, equitable and inclusive. I have DEI certification through HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute).
Be Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive
My trainings are much more than checking off a box. Equipped and experienced to work with businesses, non profits and faith-based institutions. Through consultation with key leaders we will tailor a training that will help raise underlying biases that impact the culture of your organization. You will learn how to become diverse and inclusive with specific recommendations and goals for your team. The first question to address is "Do you WANT to be diverse, equitable and inclusive?" If the answer is YES, I am here to help! If the answer is "I am not sure what that means or if it is possible for my organization", I am also here to help you find out!
Offering in person, virtual and flexible plans. Training and consultation tailored to meet you and your organization's needs.

Craft Worship and Ministry for People with Disabilities
Having spent the majority of my adult life working with individuals with disabilities, I am determined to advocate for their full inclusion in all aspects of ministry. While we still have a long way to go, I am here to help you on this journey as you explore the ways in which your faith-based organization can adapt and learn ways to enable people with disabilities to be full participants in all aspects of your community and ministries.
